Delete your ToThem account

You can delete your ToThem account at any time from inside the app.

In the app

1. Open ToThem on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Open Settings (the gear icon).
3. Tap Profile.
4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
5. Read the on-screen explanation and tap Confirm deletion.
6. Sign in once more to confirm it is really you.

After confirmation, your account enters a 30-day grace period. During this time you can sign back in to cancel deletion. After 30 days the deletion becomes permanent.

What is removed

• Your profile (display name, avatar, biography).
• Your messages, posts, and reactions.
• Photos, videos, and audio you uploaded.
• Your contact list mapping.
• Push notification token.

What is kept and for how long

• Server logs — up to 30 days, for security and abuse prevention. They contain only timestamp, IP address, endpoint, and status code, not message content.
• Encrypted backups — rotated within 90 days. After rotation, restored data also disappears.
• Records required by law — for the period required by the applicable jurisdiction.

Messages you sent to other users remain in those users' chat history, the same way an email you sent stays in the recipient's inbox after you delete your own copy.

Cannot access the app?

Email ilya.komichev@gmail.com from the email address or with the phone number tied to your account. We will verify the request and delete the account manually within 14 days.
